Water Damage Repair & Rebuild in Liberty Hill, TX

A washer hose that bursts in a newer subdivision home, a leak behind a shower wall, a pipe that splits in a freeze out on acreage. Once your Liberty Hill home is dry, we rebuild what came out.

What we put back

  • Drywall above the flood cut, finished and textured to match the rest of the wall
  • Ceilings repaired after attic and upstairs leaks
  • Kitchen and bath cabinets — and when insurance only covers the cabinets, we remove your countertop, store it and reinstall it on the new cabinets
  • Flooring: LVP, tile, laminate, wood-look and carpet
  • Baseboard, door casing, interior doors and insulation
  • Paint, wall to wall, so the patch doesn't show

Insurance jobs, handled straight

We work from your adjuster's scope. Before we start, we walk the house with you and note anything the estimate missed, with photos you can send to your adjuster. While the work is going, you get photo updates so you're never guessing.

Liberty Hill homes and rentals

Liberty Hill is a mix of large newer subdivisions and homes on acreage, so the work ranges from builder-grade upgrades to bigger decks, fences and more exterior wear. We do this work for homeowners and property managers in Santa Rita Ranch, Rancho Sienna (Liberty Hill ISD), Larkspur and the acreage homes along SH 29, plus Leander and Georgetown. Reid Services is a fully insured general contractor, and Tim Reid has 20+ years in construction.

When do you come in?

After the water is gone and the area is dry. We're the repair and rebuild crew. If water is still on the floor, call your insurance company first.

How long does the rebuild take?

It depends on how much came out and how fast materials like cabinets and flooring arrive. After the walkthrough we'll give you a real schedule, not a guess.

Can you save my granite countertop if the cabinets get replaced?

In most cases, yes. We pull it carefully, store it and reset it on the new cabinets. If there's a real risk of cracking, we'll tell you before we start.
