Commercial Class: Third Base Restroom Upgrade

This commercial renovation at Third Base Sports Bar brought a full upgrade to both restrooms with a focus on durability, style, and easy maintenance.

We began by demoing the outdated urinal partitions, stall dividers, and vanities. Once cleared, we refaced all the red sheetrock walls with stained cabinet-grade plywood for a rich, upscale feel. Matching stall divider wraps were custom-built to tie everything together.

In the men’s restroom, we installed tiled privacy dividers at the urinals and added a granite ledge above for a functional finishing touch. Both restrooms were completed with new granite countertops and under-mounted sinks for a clean, modern look that holds up to high-traffic use.

This upgrade turned the basic bar bathrooms into polished, high-end restrooms that reflect the Third Base brand.
