The Full Gut: Oak Forest Rebuild

This personal residence remodel was a top-to-bottom gut job. We stripped everything down to the sheetrock—every finish, every outdated surface, every sign of the previous owner's lifestyle—gone. The home had strong pet odor from years of neglect, and we took it back to square one.

After sanding and skim-coating every wall and ceiling, we completely reimagined the layout. The kitchen, breakfast nook, and bathrooms were all reconfigured for flow, functionality, and modern living. We installed new cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and trim throughout.

What was once a dated and heavily worn space is now a sleek, modern home built for comfort and everyday style. This project wasn’t just a remodel—it was a full reset.
